$299 FLAT FEE - How it Works
We understand that you, as the owner, know your home better than
anyone else. With our flat fee program and guidance, you can save
thousands in commission by doing most of the work performed by a
traditional listing agent yourself. Your primary responsibilities
include determining your sales price, taking calls and showing the
property. If an agent brings you a qualified buyer, all you pay
is the buyer's agent portion of the commission at closing, this
amount is determined by you upon activation of the listing (typically
between 2% - 3% if you want to be competitive with other listings
in the MLS). If you sell the property yourself (without the assistance
of a buyer's agent), you pay NO commission.
To get started simply complete the property data form and listing
agreement we send you. Your property can be listed on the MLS the
same business day we receive your request. Once your property is
listed in the MLS, we send you a copy of the listing to review.
Allow 2-3 days for the information from the MLS to be picked up
