To List Your Property For a Flat Fee Follow These Simple Steps:

1. Complete the information request form below or CALL US at 1-888-657-7587.
2. Upon completion of the form below, you will be given access to our Listing Agreement and MLS Data Forms.
3. Simply print and sign the Listing Agreement and fill-out the MLS Data Form with the information you want included on the MLS and websites.
4. Fax both documents to 773-472-8988. We will call you to verify receipt. Your listing will be activated within 24 hrs or on the date specified by you.
