2. Get pre-approved. If you have not already been pre-approved for a loan we will help you through the process. Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is an important step in your home-buying process and should be done before you make an offer on a property. Obtaining a pre-approval letter from an institution does not obligate you to use that institution.
   
   
3. Start looking! When you find a property you want to view contact us first and allow your Prello Realty agent to schedule the showing appointment for you. Sign up to search on our web site and homes that meet your search criteria will be emailed to you automatically. Unlike most companies offering a rebate we are available to accompany you on showing appointments when necessary.
